Jazz Across the Heights – Summer Festival
A summer countryside festival in Surrey, just outside London, with jazz, cabaret and live music, sunset views, food, drinks and a relaxed, family atmosphere.
Set among the hills of Surrey, the festival unfolds across two stage spaces - Main Bar and Outdoor Stage, each offered a different atmosphere throughout the day and evening. The event also included children’s entertainment and activities across the festival grounds.
The programme brought together soul, jazz, cabaret, funk and ethnic groove, featuring South London singer songwriter Gavin Holligan with his distinctive blend of soul, jazz and folk music, Daniel Kabakov Jazz Trio performed jazz standards with double bass and live improvisation, Ninotchka Band mixed klezmer, gypsy jazz and Irish rhythms, theatrical live vocals from Vero Cabaret, African Drums by Wuntanara.
