From world-famous musicians and performers to new-generation creators, we make connections and collaborations and bring our expertise to achieve shared goals.
Our concerts serve
as a beacon of unity
in this discordant era
We assist individuals from various countries whose forced emigration hindered their creative growth. We track their social adaptation, assist in all aspects of their artistic career, establish and foster meaningful cultural connections around the world.
CultLab has made it possible to produce major events featuring emerging stars. By bringing our vision of what mutually enriching collaboration is, we keep discovering new formats and trends in contemporary art and broadening the horizons of audiences in the UK and beyond.

CultLab was founded by Maria Semushkina — a leading cultural entrepreneur, promoter and producer
In 2004, Maria launched the international music festival Usadba Jazz, which would take place in XVIII-XIX-century estates and palaces. It quickly became one of the most renowned jazz festivals held in various cities. Audiences, musicians, and industry professionals all held it in high regard. Ever since, Maria has been organizing festivals featuring participants from over 1000 music groups worldwide.

After relocating to the UK, she founded Cultlab to keep discovering new dimensions of modern music culture and share her expertise with the local audience.

Music Saves the World
One of the most notable CultLab events is the charitable festival Music Saves the World. It started as an initiative to unite musicians for peace and harmony, as the project brings together talented musicians from around the world to showcase the highlights of classical, world music, and jazz. With each concert we organize during the festival, we harness the transformative power of music and support refugee musicians as well as music schools impacted by wars and conflicts.
